Production Time
Each artwork is made to order. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production.

Shipping Methods
Artworks can either be picked up or shipped worldwide.

Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured by the shipping carrier for up to €1,500.

International Shipping
International shipments are handled under the same insured shipping conditions.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is approximately 6–8 weeks, depending on production and shipping destination.

Customs & Import Duties
For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Damage
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery including photographs of the packaging and artwork.

Handmade Nature
Each artwork is handmade and unique. Slight variations in texture, color, or finish may occur.

Returns
Custom-made and commissioned artworks are non-refundable.
